Please use this tax-exemption letter when soliciting businesses for donations or when purchasing items for the PTO.
Please note: in order to purchase items for the PTO tax-free, a check must be written from the PTO to the business. Personal payments on behalf of the PTO (to be reimbursed at a later date) do not qualify for tax exemption.
