PAY IT FORWARD SCHOLARSHIP

The Sunset Ridge PTO is pleased to announce the Pay It Forward Scholarship for one Blue Valley Senior. The $500 scholarship will be awarded to the applicant meeting the following criteria and receiving the most votes from our current fifth grade class:

• Must have attended Sunset Ridge for a minimum of one year.

• Must record a minimum of 25 service hours during their senior year, and

• Must include a one-page letter to the SRE fifth graders entitled “I walked in your shoes… these are the steps I took that make me proud of who I am today.”

The application form and letter are due to the BVW counseling office by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025.

Submitted applications will be reviewed by our current fifth grade class. Letters will be presented anonymously to our students who will vote on the letter that is most meaningful to them. The author of this letter will be the recipient of the $500 scholarship.
